The purchase of a Milonga Pass is for your personal use. The Pass will be registrated in your name and a Pass number at the entrance.
Please bring both number and name for the entrance in order to speed up the check in.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive a final confirmation of your pass when we have received the money on our account.
Please remember to put name and Pass number as comment in the bank transfer. This information will be send to your e-mail as soon as you registered on the website.
If there will be an unexpected cancellation of the event, we will refund your payment, excluding the ticket and payment fee/taxes
After April 1st. 2025 we do no refund milonga pass.
If you are in need you are free to use our social media to sell your Milonga Pass to another person.
If you do so, please inform us about the new name to put on the Milonga Pass.
In case of refund, this will be minus the ticket fee/tax and eventually the cost of money transfer.
In case of late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
